## About

Tony Tipton started in the flooring industry in 1994, spending a decade learning every side of the trade at companies including Floor Play Ceramics, B&B Carpet Consultants, Henson Flooring, and Walberry Tile & Marble. He founded Tee's Flooring in 2005 during the housing downturn with a lean model: no showroom overhead, direct distributor pricing, samples brought to the customer's home. Craig Massie joined the team in the 2020s, bringing 40+ years of flooring industry experience from GAF, Armstrong, Mohawk, and Shaw Industries. "Inspector Reno," a German Shepherd who passed in 2018, is the company mascot; an old photo of Reno wearing glasses became the brand icon.
