- Payment information when you pay for work, processed by our secure, PCI-compliant payment processor (we do not store full card numbers)
- Anything else you include in a message, form, or conversation with us
Information we collect automatically when you visit our website:

- IP address and general (city-level) location
- Pages you view, links you click, and the site that referred you

Information from other sources, such as when you message us through Google or Facebook, leave a review on a public platform, or a referral partner passes along your contact details with your knowledge.

- Schedule, quote, and complete the flooring work you've asked us to do
- Send appointment confirmations, reminders, quotes, install updates, and follow-ups

If you give us your mobile number and consent to text messages, we may send transactional, promotional, and alert messages, including appointment confirmations, reminders, quote follow-ups, install scheduling updates, and occasional offers. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older to use our SMS service. Full SMS program terms are in our Terms of Service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we never share your mobile opt-in or consent information with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only in these limited ways:
- Our crew and trusted subcontractors, only the project details they need to complete your install
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our CRM, scheduling, hosting, analytics, and text-messaging providers, under agreements that require them to protect your information and use it only to provide their service to us
- Payment processors, to handle transactions securely
- Legal, safety, and business reasons, when required by law, to enforce our agreements, to protect the rights and safety of people or property, to investigate fraud, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. Our website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS), so data you send through our forms is protected in transit. We limit access to your information to the people and service providers who need it to do their jobs, and the reputable platforms we rely on (such as our CRM, hosting, and texting providers) maintain their own security safeguards. We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you or as required by law, and then we dispose of it securely. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but if we ever become aware of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
